you’ll have the exciting ability to have a major impact on our fundamental business opearations. You should be a Project / Program / Operations Manager ninja, someone who can take control of any situation, create a plan, assemble your forces and lead. This position will wear many hats and jump in as needed in almost every facet of the business while primarily leading our internal and external execution.
you will be responsible for conducting strategic projects and supporting internal apogos business units and external consultants to execute the company’s mission through analytics, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll need to be able to think “big picture” and actively identify strategic direction but will also be willing to roll up your sleeves. From developing business cases and facilitating decisions to building analytical frameworks and solutions that directly impact the ability for apogos to scale, you will enable the achievement of the company’s most critical strategic goals and objectives.
This is an individual contributor role with no people-management responsibilities to start. your impact is driven by strategic advice and aligning with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects.
